Company Policies

Shipping

General - Orders received prior to 5:00pm EST will ship out the next day; orders received after 5:00pm EST will ship within 48 hours.  Orders received after 5:00pm EST Friday will ship out on Monday.  Any order over $25 will receive free shipping within the Continental United States only. All products (except for oversized or heavy items) will be shipped using USPS First Class or Priority mail. Oversized or heavy items will be shipped for FREE via USPS parcel post within the United States.  We've found USPS to provide the best service for the lowest cost.  If you'd prefer a different carrier or need your items fast, please contact us for pricing information.

APO and FPO Addresses - When you request orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.

 

Out of Stock/Discontinued/Promotional Items

If an item that you order is out of stock (or has insufficient quantity to fulfill your entire order), we will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock and discuss order options.  

If we are out of stock and an item has been discontinued or is a promotional item, we will refund the amount of the item(s) to you.    

Merchandise Returns

When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA online by sending an email to support@inglenookgifts.com or calling us at 301-542-2321. Merchandise returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Defective Returns

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us for assistance either via email at support@inglenookgifts.com or phone at 301-542-2321.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping.  If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.  If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately and save all packaging material and paperwork --do not throw anything away!  If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Order Questions or Changes

If you have recently placed an order and need information about it or would like to change it, please contact us within 24 hours as we begin processing your order immediately after we receive it.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change.  Please contact us within 15 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

This privacy policy applies to all of our products and services.
